What is a generation?

Each generation produces a complete, build-ready ITK C++ package from your prompt — source files, build scripts, and validation checks.

Can I use Forge offline?

The web app requires an internet connection. A CLI for local and CI/CD workflows is planned, but it is not yet publicly available.

What Teamcenter versions are supported?

Forge generates code compatible with TC 12.x through TC 2512. Select your version range and the generator adapts API usage accordingly.

How is my code handled?

Generated output is delivered directly to your workspace. Data handling and retention are governed by our enterprise data policies and customer terms.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

What happens when I exceed my generation limit?

Generation pauses until the next cycle. No overage charges. Upgrade anytime for more capacity.

Do you offer refunds?

Subscriptions are billed in advance. Refunds and prorated refunds are not provided by default, so use the 14-day free trial to evaluate before committing. We may issue credits or refunds for verified billing errors, duplicate charges, or sustained service unavailability attributable to PLM Nexus.
