Terms

Terms of Service

This page summarizes the current commercial and operational terms for Forge as a subscription product. It is written to clarify the live service model, not to add speculative legal terms.

Service provider

Forge is provided by PLM Nexus S.à r.l. as a commercial engineering software service for Teamcenter ITK C++ generation workflows.

Accounts and subscriptions

Access is tied to a Forge account and workspace. Usage limits, quotas, and feature access depend on the active plan. Paid access is billed by subscription.

Billing and refunds

Subscription fees are billed in advance. Refunds and prorated refunds for unused time are not provided by default. PLM Nexus may, at its sole discretion, issue credits or refunds for verified billing errors, duplicate charges, or sustained service unavailability attributable to PLM Nexus.

Plan changes and cancellation

Free trial, paid plans, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellation follow the product billing flow. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless stated otherwise in the product.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for reviewing generated output before use, and for validating build, deployment, and runtime behavior in the target environment. Forge does not remove the need for engineering review or environment-specific testing.

Suspension and termination

PLM Nexus may limit, suspend, or terminate access in cases of abuse, security risk, breach of service terms, or non-payment.

Prompts, output, and service rights

Customers retain rights in their prompts and generated output. PLM Nexus receives only the limited rights needed to store, process, review, and transmit that content to operate the service, support workspace history and downloads, investigate failures, provide support, maintain security, and improve service reliability. This page does not grant PLM Nexus broad ownership or sublicensable exploitation rights over customer content.

Service and terms changes

PLM Nexus may update Forge, plan packaging, operational limits, or these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of the service after an update means the current terms govern the active subscription relationship.
