This page explains, in product terms, what Forge data is handled, why it is used, and how to contact PLM Nexus about privacy questions.
Data we collect
Forge may process account and authentication data, workspace and billing data, prompts, generated outputs, API key records, and service metadata such as usage, validation metadata, and delivery logs.
Why we use data
We use data to authenticate users, deliver generation workflows, operate billing, protect the service from abuse, investigate failures and reliability issues, and provide support.
Prompts and generated output
Prompts and generated output are part of the product workflow. They may be stored and reviewed by authorized personnel when needed to deliver the service, support history and download flows, investigate failures, provide support, detect abuse or security issues, and improve service reliability.
Content boundaries
Customers retain rights in their prompts and generated output. Forge does not describe customer content as a shared knowledge-base corpus for other customers, and this page does not grant PLM Nexus broad open-ended rights over that content beyond what is needed to operate, support, secure, and improve the service.
Retention
Forge retains data for as long as needed to operate the service, support workspace history, meet security and abuse-prevention needs, and handle support or billing issues. This page does not define fixed retention periods.
Third-party processors
Forge uses third-party services where needed for payment processing, email delivery, hosted infrastructure, and model-provider generation workflows. This page describes processor categories only and does not publish a formal subprocessor registry.
Customer rights and requests
Customers can contact PLM Nexus with privacy questions or requests related to their account or workspace data. We review requests in the context of the service relationship and applicable obligations.
